What's the difference between Bartender Hire and a Complete Cocktail Bar?
With Bartender Hire, you buy the ingredients and we mix and serve. With a Complete Cocktail Bar, we bring the bartenders, glasses, equipment, spirits, mixers and ice. Choose the package that suits your event.
Can we have alcohol-free cocktails?
Yes! We call them Rocktails. Tell us whether you'd like a mix of cocktails and alcohol-free alternatives or a fully alcohol-free event.
Do we need to choose cocktails straight away?
No. You can choose now or after booking. We select 3-4 cocktails for Budget Bar. For a Cocktail Class, you can request up to two cocktails and we choose the rest.
What's included in ALL IN?
Our top bartenders, crystal glasses, a choice of 8-12 cocktails and extra garnishes such as gold dust, smoke bubbles and special ice cubes. We'll agree the details with you.
Do you travel to our venue?
Yes, we provide cocktail experiences throughout Denmark. Tell us where your event will be held. You'll see the total price including VAT and transport once the location is confirmed.
How is the booking confirmed?
You submit your choices for our approval. We review the booking and send your confirmation and invoice once it is approved.
Can you help with more than the bar?
Yes. Talk to us about DJs, serving staff, catering or venues. These are arranged separately and are not automatically included in your cocktail package.
How much space does the bar need?
Our mobile bar is 2 m long and 0.6 m wide. We recommend allowing 4-6 m².
How does payment work?
The normal payment deadline is 8 days after your event. Pay in full within 48 hours of our approval to receive a 2% discount, by Stripe or bank transfer. A card payment started before the deadline may be completed within an extra 30 minutes.
How many glasses do you bring?
We bring approximately 3 glasses per person, so some washing up may be needed during the evening. We help when time allows; otherwise it's your responsibility. Clearing staff can be arranged at an extra charge.
When do we need to confirm guest numbers?
No later than 14 days before the event. After that, numbers can increase but cannot decrease, as supplies have been purchased.
What if a glass breaks?
We cover the first 2 broken glasses. Additional breakages cost DKK 45 plus VAT per glass, equivalent to DKK 56.25 including VAT.
When do you arrive and collect the equipment?
For a Complete Cocktail Bar, we arrive 1 hour before the start. For Bartender Hire and Cocktail Classes, we arrive 30-45 minutes beforehand. Earlier setup can be arranged. Equipment is collected on the Monday after the event unless otherwise agreed.

The standard Cocktail Class lasts approximately 1.5-2 hours. Cocktail Class + 1 hour of open bar and Cocktail Class + Tasting each last approximately 3 hours.
How much extra are the open bar and tasting?
An hour of open bar after the class costs a fixed DKK 85 per person. Tasting costs a fixed DKK 150 per person. Both supplements include VAT.
Where are the class venues?
You can choose a venue in Copenhagen or Aarhus. We'll contact you with the exact address. Hire costs DKK 1,250 in Copenhagen and DKK 1,750 in Aarhus, including VAT.
Can we choose alcohol-free drinks?
Yes. Tell us what you'd like and we'll help plan a Rocktails class. Everyone should be able to join in.
What should we prepare at our own venue?
Usually a table, tea towels and a bin. We bring the bar equipment and ingredients. We'll agree the exact setup with you.

Yes. Call or email your wishes and we'll put together a quote. The booking flow's price covers your chosen cocktail experience. DJs, catering and other services are arranged separately.
Can you make alcohol-free cocktails?
Yes. Our Rocktails should taste like a celebration too. Tell us what your guests would like and we'll make room for drinks with and without alcohol.
When is my booking confirmed?
You'll first receive an acknowledgement when submitting. We check the arrangements and get back to you. Your event is reserved only once we have approved your booking.

Learn classics such as Dark 'n' Stormy, Daiquiri, Negroni and Old Fashioned. Explore how to balance cocktails and why ingredients work together.
You'll also be introduced to creating your own twists and pairing food with cocktails.
Learn how to work behind a bar and give guests an experience. Whether it's bottle moves, a stylish pour or simply making everything flow, we'll work on the technique behind it.
