Cancellation
If you cancel more than 30 days before the event, we charge 50% of the agreed price. For cancellation 15-30 days before the event, we charge 60%. For cancellation 14 days before the event or later, we charge 75%.
Cancellation in high season
High season covers events in June, August and December. Cancellation of an event in these months is charged at 75% of the agreed price, regardless of how far in advance you cancel.
Before the event
For a Complete Cocktail Bar, we arrive 1 hour before the start. For Bartender Hire and Cocktail Classes, we arrive 30-45 minutes beforehand. Unless you hear otherwise about the arrival time, you can expect these timings.
After the event
We collect our equipment on the Monday after the event unless otherwise agreed. You are responsible for telling us if this is a problem.
Guest numbers
If guest numbers change on the day before or on the day of the event, the agreed price remains unchanged because we have ordered supplies for that number. Tell us about changes no later than 14 days before the event.
Minimum price
Each event has a minimum price. If you have booked 50 guests at DKK 250 per person and later say only 40 will attend, we cannot simply deduct DKK 2,500. There is a minimum price for delivering the event. A price reduction can normally be expected for five or more cancellations if we are told in time.
Changes to your order
Changes depend on the services ordered. The number of bartenders cannot be reduced, as they have normally already been booked.
Glassware
We normally bring all glasses if you have ordered our complete package or hired the glasses from us. Shot glasses and wine glasses are excluded, as we do not always have these in stock. We cover the first two glasses broken during the evening. Further breakages are invoiced at DKK 45 plus VAT per glass, equivalent to DKK 56.25 including VAT.
Gift cards
Gift cards and credit vouchers cannot be used in high season, covering the Christmas party period and June/August. They also cannot be used for packages whose price has already been discounted.
Staffing
Staffing follows our current price sheet. The number of bartenders is set in the order confirmation based on the booked package and guest count.
Coronavirus restrictions
In the event of a new national lockdown or ban on gatherings that conflicts with your event, postponement or cancellation is possible. We require our costs to be covered if cancellation is made 14 days before the event. For cancellation less than 14 days beforehand, we charge at least 50% and potentially 75-100%.
Extending the event
Extending service on the evening itself costs extra at special rates. For a complete bar, examples are DKK 50 per person and DKK 850 per bartender, excluding VAT. For Bartender Hire, the price is DKK 1,250 plus VAT per extra hour. Extending on the evening is therefore considerably more expensive.
Payment
The normal payment deadline is eight days after the event. Full payment within 48 hours of our approval receives a 2% discount, for both Stripe and bank transfer. Use the booking number as the bank-transfer reference. Payment is recorded after receipt and reconciliation. A card payment started before the 48-hour deadline can be completed with the discount within an additional 30 minutes. Bank transfers must be received before the 48-hour deadline.
