What's included in a Complete Cocktail Bar?
Bartenders, cocktail glasses, bar equipment, spirits, mixers and ice. Enjoy unlimited cocktails during your selected service hours. We'll agree the location, setup and practical details with you.
Can we change the package while booking?
Yes. You can switch between Budget Bar, Golden Bar and ALL IN before submitting. The price updates to reflect your choice.
Who chooses the cocktail menu?
Choose 8-12 cocktails with ALL IN or 5-7 with Golden Bar. With Budget Bar, we choose 3-4 cocktails. You're welcome to book first and choose flavours later.
When do you arrive to set up?
For a Complete Cocktail Bar, we normally arrive an hour before the agreed serving time. We'll arrange the setup and other details with you.
When is the booking confirmed?
You'll receive an acknowledgement when you submit your booking. We review it and get back to you. Your event is reserved only once we have approved the booking.
Do you travel to our venue?
Yes, we work throughout Denmark. Enter your postcode, date and guest count when booking to calculate the total price including VAT and transport.
Do we need to choose cocktails straight away?
No. You can book first and choose flavours later. Choosing cocktails should be fun, not get in the way of planning your event.
What does the venue need to prepare for your mobile cocktail bar?
The bar is 2 m long and 0.6 m deep, and we recommend 4-6 m² of space. We normally arrive one hour before service starts. Tell us about access and any earlier setup so we can agree the details.
