Espresso Martini

Vodka, coffee liqueur and espresso shaken cold with a creamy-looking foam.

What you need

Our recipe makes one cocktail. How many are you making?

  • 3 cl vodka
  • 3 cl coffee liqueur
  • 5 cl espresso
  • 1 cl sugar syrup
  • Ice cubes and coffee beans or chocolate for garnish

Equipment

  • Cocktail glass
  • Shaker
  • Jigger
  • Cocktail strainer and fine strainer

Quantities for 1 cocktail.

How to make it

  1. Prepare the espresso and let it cool slightly.
  2. Add vodka, coffee liqueur, espresso and sugar syrup to a shaker.
  3. Fill with plenty of ice and shake firmly until cold.
  4. Double-strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  5. Garnish with coffee beans or a little chocolate.
