Polar Bear Cocktail

A blue vodka cocktail with citrus and a playful foam topping.

What you need

Quantities from our original recipe. Batch yields are noted where specified.

  • 4 cl Vodka
  • 1 cl sugar syrup
  • 1.5 cl Blue Curacao
  • 3 cl lemon juice
  • Faxe Kondi
  • Cocktail glass
  • Foam: egg white, lemon juice, sugar syrup, blue curaçao
  • Jigger
  • ice cubes
  • Good spirits!
  • Guests!

How to make it

  1. Combine the vodka, sugar syrup, blue curaçao and lemon juice in a shaker.
  2. Shake with ice and strain into your serving glass.
  3. Top with Faxe Kondi or a similar lemon-lime soda.
  4. For the optional foam, combine egg white, lemon juice, syrup and blue curaçao, shake separately and spoon over the drink.
