Oreo Iced Coffee

Name: Oreo Iced Coffee
Ingredients: 3 large scoops of vanilla ice cream; 10 cl Espresso; 2 cl sugar syrup (optional); 8 cl whole milk; 3-6 Oreos; Large wine glass; Jigger; ice cubes; Good spirits!; Guests!

Espresso, vanilla ice cream and Oreo biscuits blended into a cold coffee treat.

What you need

Quantities from our original recipe. Batch yields are noted where specified.

3 large scoops of vanilla ice cream
10 cl Espresso
2 cl sugar syrup (optional)
8 cl whole milk
3-6 Oreos
Large wine glass
Jigger
ice cubes
Good spirits!
Guests!

How to make it

Prepare the espresso and let it cool.
Add espresso, vanilla ice cream, milk and Oreos to a blender.
Add ice and optional sugar syrup.
Blend until smooth and pour into a large glass.
Finish with a little crushed Oreo if desired.
