Ingredients: 4 cl vodka; Ginger beer; 1 dash Angostura Bitter; 2 cucumber strips; 1 rosemary sprig; 1.5 cl lime; Jigger; ice cubes; Citrus press

What you need

Quantities from our original recipe. Batch yields are noted where specified.

4 cl vodka
Ginger beer
1 dash Angostura Bitter
2 cucumber strips
1 rosemary sprig
1.5 cl lime
Jigger
ice cubes
Citrus press

How to make it

Fill your serving glass with ice.
Add vodka, lime juice and Angostura bitters.
Top with ginger beer and stir gently.
Garnish with cucumber strips and a rosemary sprig.
