Koldskål Shots

Vanilla liqueur, pineapple and cream inspired by Danish koldskål. These quantities make three large shots.

What you need

Quantities from our original recipe. Batch yields are noted where specified.

  • The quantities below make 3 large shots, as pictured.
  • 4 cl Licor 43
  • 4 cl pineapple juice
  • 2 cl cream
  • optional: kammerjunker biscuits for garnish
  • optional: vodka for a stronger version
  • Cocktail shaker
  • ice cubes
  • Good spirits!
  • Guests!

How to make it

  1. Add Licor 43, pineapple juice and cream to a shaker.
  2. Fill with ice and shake until well chilled.
  3. Strain evenly into three large shot glasses.
  4. Top with crushed kammerjunker biscuits if desired.
