Name: Gin and Tonic
Yield: 1 cocktail
Ingredients: 5 cl Gin Mare or a gin you enjoy; Thomas Henry Tonic or another tonic, to taste; Fresh thyme, dried juniper berries and plenty of ice

A simple gin and tonic with aromatic herbs and enough ice to keep it crisp.

5 cl Gin Mare or a gin you enjoy
Thomas Henry Tonic or another tonic, to taste
Fresh thyme, dried juniper berries and plenty of ice

Equipment

Large glass
Jigger
Spoon

Quantities for 1 cocktail.

How to make it

Fill your glass with plenty of ice.
Add 5 cl of your chosen gin.
Pour in chilled tonic to taste, slowly to keep the bubbles.
Stir gently and garnish with fresh thyme and juniper berries.
