Frozen Strawberry Daiquiri

An ice-cold blended rum cocktail with strawberry and lime.

What you need

Quantities from our original recipe. Batch yields are noted where specified.

  • 4 cl white rum
  • frozen strawberries
  • 3 cl strawberry syrup
  • 2 cl sugar syrup
  • 2 cl lime juice
  • Blender
  • Jigger
  • crushed ice

How to make it

  1. Add white rum, frozen strawberries, strawberry syrup, sugar syrup and lime juice to a blender.
  2. Add a little crushed ice and blend until smooth.
  3. Adjust the texture with more ice or strawberries if needed.
  4. Pour into a cocktail glass and garnish with strawberry.
