Daiquiri Shots

A batch of fresh rum shots with lime, sugar syrup and a touch of bitters.

What you need

Quantities from our original recipe. Batch yields are noted where specified.

  • 9 cl rum
  • 9 cl lime juice
  • 6 cl sugar syrup
  • Shot glasses
  • Angostura Bitter
  • Jigger
  • ice cubes
  • Good spirits!
  • Guests!

How to make it

  1. Combine the rum, lime juice and sugar syrup in a shaker.
  2. Add ice and shake thoroughly until cold.
  3. Strain into shot glasses, dividing the mixture evenly.
  4. Add a little Angostura bitters to taste.
