Bloody Mary

Vodka and tomato juice with lime, Worcestershire sauce and a little heat.

What you need

Quantities from our original recipe. Batch yields are noted where specified.

  • 4 cl Vodka
  • 6 cl tomato juice
  • 3 dash Tabasco
  • 1/2 bar spoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/2 Lime
  • 1 cl sugar syrup
  • Freshly ground salt and pepper
  • Cocktail shaker
  • Large wine glass
  • Jigger
  • ice cubes
  • Good spirits!
  • Guests!

How to make it

  1. Measure the vodka, tomato juice, Tabasco, Worcestershire sauce and sugar syrup into a shaker.
  2. Add the juice of half a lime, salt and pepper.
  3. Add ice and gently roll the mixture between vessels to combine.
  4. Pour into a large glass over ice and garnish to taste.
