Peach and sparkling wine make an easy, fruity welcome drink.

What you need

Quantities from our original recipe. Batch yields are noted where specified.

  • 2 cl peach syrup or peach purée
  • Champagne, prosecco or cava
  • Peach slice or a sugar rim

How to make it

  1. Add peach purée or syrup to a chilled flute.
  2. Slowly top with chilled champagne, prosecco or cava.
  3. Stir gently and garnish with a piece of peach if desired.
