Gin Hass recipe
Mango, lime and a refreshing finish. Gin Hass is built straight in the glass. This measured version uses 4 cl of gin and includes a shopping list you can scale for your guests.
Ingredients
Base recipe: 1 cocktail. Choose how many to shop for.
- 4 cl gin
- 2 cl mango syrup
- 2 cl fresh lime juice
- 10 cl lemon soda
- Ice cubes and lime to garnish
Equipment
- A large drinking glass
- Measuring jigger
- Bar spoon
- Citrus press
Method
- Fill a large glass with ice cubes.
- Measure the gin, mango syrup and lime juice into the glass.
- Add lemon soda and stir gently with a bar spoon to preserve the bubbles.
- Garnish with lime and serve immediately.
