Our Strawberry mojito recipe is perfect for the summer, its fresh and sweat. The cocktail is not Danish, but if you use danish strawberries, you will get the taste of a real danish summer
Here below you will find the recipe so you can get to make the cocktail at home in the kitchen and enjoy it on the terrace. And if the sun isn't out, then close you eyes and dream away. Cheers

How to make the strawberry mojito
Make sure you have everything you need. The checklist on the left is your guide. Missing one thing? Then find a good alternative.
Start by cutting half a lime into slices. Put it in the glass.
Do the same with 1-2 strawberries
Pour the cane sugar over the lime.
- Press the cane sugar, strawberries and lime with a muddler. Here you want the juice from the lime, strawberries and cane sugar to mix well together.
Now spank a handful of mint. You are allowed to spank this one. Now put the mint in the glass.
Fill the glass with crushed ice.
- Pour rum and strawberry syrup over the crushed ice.
Press the juice from another half lime down to the ice cubes.
- Now you take your bar spoon and stir everything well together. Here you want to have the mint, strawberry juice and limes to be distributed evenly throughout the glass.
Top lightly with sparkling water.
- Now top up with even more crushed ice.
Garnish with biodegradable straws, strawberries and mint leaves
Now you just have to toast with your guests. If you have no guests around then drink it yourself. Cheers!

Cocktail tips from us
You can twist our Mojito with strawberries in a sea of ways.
Try to top it with ginger beer, ginger ale or bubbles. Using bubbles actually makes a Royal Strawberry Mojito.
Otherwise, try making a Mojito with another fruit. Passion fruit, blueberry, raspberry or ginger.
You can also replace the mint with basil.
Or make a Danish version with snaps and dill instead of rum and mint. However, this may challenge your taste buds.
Have fun and cheers!
